Miniclip is on the lookout for an iOS Engineer to join our SDK Engineering team at our Lisbon Studio!
Our team powers business solutions for our game studios, reaching over 250 million players every month. From advertising technology to business analytics, our SDKs help every game reach its full potential—and we make it happen. We’re looking for an iOS Engineer ready to expand and refine our iOS codebase. In this cross-platform team, you’ll own your work, push boundaries, and help shape the tech that fuels Miniclip’s success.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Research, design, develop, and maintain high-quality code solutions used in multiple games, and by millions of players.
- Work as part of a dynamic team, with high standards, and delivering great quality solutions, that are scalable and shareable.
- Have a keen sense of what’s useful for other developers on their day-to-day.
- Work closely with Business stakeholders, Software Developers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists
- Continuously learn and challenge your own skill set.
- Deliver high-quality documentation for the solutions you’ve built.

What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a social, hard-working person who enjoys teamwork and is passionate and dedicated about their work, and:
- 2+ years of iOS development experience
- Practicing hobbyists are welcome (show us what you got!)
- Alternatively, if you have a previous background in mobile development other than iOS, you’re also welcome!
- Strong grasp of Swift (preferable) and/or Objective-C (alternatively)
- Analytical mind, problem-solving skills, and a strong attention to details
- A will to be autonomous and have a result-oriented mindset
- A passion for creating good software
- Good working knowledge of git
- Interest in the Apple ecosystem (WWDC interests you, you like learning about new language features, etc.)
- High level of written and spoken English
The following skills are a plus, but not a requirement:
- Professional experience in 1 or more of the following programming languages: Python, C++, C#, Java/Kotlin
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience with the Android platform
- Experience with JNI
- Experience with Unity game engine
