Miniclip is looking for a CRM Specialist Intern to hire in our Lisbon Studio. This is a full-time position, please apply only if you have the right to work in Portugal.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As a CRM Specialist Intern, you will need to have accurate attention to detail and be results oriented. You will be responsible for supporting the planning of promotional campaigns and Live Operations for our games. This includes managing the coordination between various roles, the production of the necessary materials and the analysis of the activities. Your goals will be to help enhance the monetisation, engagement and retention of the game’s users.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Perform market research regarding LiveOps and CRM campaigns for mobile games

·       Execute daily operational tasks for LiveOps and CRM campaigns

·       Work with art and graphic design professionals to produce assets for campaigns

·       Ensure quality assurance of campaigns to ensure good player experiences

·       Report on results to show business impact in collaboration with Business Intelligence

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficient and comfortable working with spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile game product or marketing communications techniques
  • Basic understanding of games, UX, game mechanics and game monetisation
  • Proactive: a desire to suggest new content ideas and take the lead on projects, or explore opportunities
  • Business savvy and effective communicator
  • Proven ability of multitasking
  • Passion for games
