We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team in Italy. This role combines generalist HR responsibilities with a focus on talent acquisition, providing an excellent opportunity for a junior to mid-level professional to grow and develop their career in human resources. This is a 9 month fixed term contract role.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment.

HR Policies and Procedures: Support the implementation, and administration of HR policies and procedures.

Onboarding and Offboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the company, and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.

Performance Management: Support the performance review process, including tracking and documentation.

Recruitment Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HR generalist and talent acquisition roles, preferably within a fast-paced environment.

Language: Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Knowledge: Understanding of Italian labor laws and HR best practices.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

Organizational: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented approach.

Technology: Knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
