Job Description
We’re looking for a UA Creative Artist to join Miniclip’s Italian studio in Genoa and create engaging multimedia assets for our mobile games and marketing campaigns.
In this role, you’ll work across video, animation, motion graphics, and static creatives, helping bring our games to life for players around the world. You’ll collaborate closely with art, product, UA, and analytics teams to develop high-quality assets that are both visually compelling and performance-driven.
This is a hybrid role based in Genoa, with office presence required two days per week.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Create high-quality multimedia assets, including trailers, video ads, animated banners, motion graphics, and static creatives.
- Take ownership of creative projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely execution.
- Collaborate with Art, Product, User Acquisition, and Analytics teams to align creative outputs with game and marketing objectives.
- Contribute to ideation and creative development for performance marketing and in-game assets.
- Use data, testing results, and performance insights to iterate and improve creative assets.
- Conduct benchmarking and trend research to keep our creatives fresh, relevant, and competitive.
- Support workflow improvements and help identify new tools, processes, and approaches to increase efficiency.
- Explore and integrate AI-assisted tools and workflows to support creativity, iteration speed, and production efficiency.
What are we looking for?
- 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, ideally within gaming, mobile games, or digital entertainment.
- Strong skills in video editing, animation, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- A strong creative portfolio showcasing multimedia work across different formats and channels.
- Good understanding of performance marketing creatives and how visual assets can support user acquisition goals.
- Experience working with tools such as After Effects, Photoshop, Blender or similar.
- Good communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams.
- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with strong attention to detail.
- Experience with Unity, 3D tools, or AI-assisted creative workflows would be a plus.
