Job Description
The Product Manager is responsible for managing the lifecycle of game products or key features from concept through delivery and live optimization. This role combines product management and production responsibilities.
The successful candidate will not only define product vision and priorities, but also drive execution through effective planning, scheduling, and team coordination. Operating with a high degree of ownership, this role aligns cross-functional teams, manages delivery timelines and resources, and ensures product initiatives are executed efficiently and to a high standard.
The Product Manager uses data-driven insights, market knowledge, and strong organizational skills to prioritize work, improve player experiences, and support sustainable business growth.
This role also plays a key part in shaping team culture and development practices, contributing to a high-performing and motivated studio environment.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?

Define and maintain product roadmaps, balancing strategic objectives with player needs and development capacity.

Lead the development of product requirements and specifications, ensuring clarity across design, engineering, and other stakeholders.

Plan, schedule, and manage feature development and releases, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

Own production processes including sprint planning, team velocity tracking, and resource allocation.

Manage budgets and scope, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with business goals.

Act as a bridge between designers, artists, engineers, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.

Facilitate cross-team collaboration through clear communication, prioritization, and documentation.

Monitor product performance, player behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Define, run, and optimize live events to maximize retention, engagement, and monetization.

Support studio leadership in cultivating a strong development organization, including growing talent, enabling effective decision-making, and fostering a motivating work environment.

Communicate risks, dependencies, and progress clearly to stakeholders, including senior management.
What are we looking for?

Typically 3-5 years of experience in product management, production, or related roles within the games industry.
- Experience across mobile, PC, or console development is equally valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Game Design, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field. Product management, production, or agile-related certifications are advantageous.
