This is not a hand-holding kind of role. You will be in the driver’s seat — shaping strategy, building relationships, and making things happen.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Develop and own social and community strategies aligned with the wider marketing plan.
- Collaborate with product, development, publishing, and external partners to coordinate messaging and campaigns.
- Lead content creation across social and community channels, working with creative teams as needed.
- Plan, schedule, publish, and engage via a social content calendar; actively monitor channels for engagement opportunities.
- Build, grow, and manage community spaces, driving engagement through events, rewards, and initiatives.
- Moderate communities to maintain positive sentiment, champion key contributors, and address toxicity.
- Manage the community feedback loop: gather insights, share with internal teams, support action plans, and close the loop with players.
- Track, analyse, and report on social and community performance, providing actionable insights.
- Support live media activity (e.g. streams, voiceover, events) and represent the project at industry events.
What are we looking for?
- 2–3 years’ experience in social media and community management within games or a related industry.
- Experience working with licensors and/or external partners preferred.
- Strong understanding of games marketing, community management, and development pipelines.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven and strategic, with the ability to adapt plans based on performance and trends.
- Proactive, self-starting mindset with strong ownership.
- Comfortable participating in live media production, on-camera or behind the scenes.
- Established network of influencers, collaborators, and agencies.
