What are we looking for?

  • Around 1–2 years of experience in payroll administration (or equivalent experience).
  • A basic understanding of payroll processes and employee data management, with a willingness to learn about payroll requirements across different countries.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and check data accurately.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with numerical information.
  • Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with colleagues and external providers.
  • Sound judgement when handling confidential information.

A degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related subject, or equivalent relevant experience, would be welcome.
