People Operations Partner

The People Operations Partner delivers end-to-end People Operations services across multiple countries, acting as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and the wider People Team. This role operates with autonomy, owning core operational processes, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement across People services.

The position combines hands-on operational delivery with a focus on compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

• Employee Lifecycle - Own and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, relocation, mobility, contractual changes, and offboarding, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with local legislation and company policies.
• Employee & Manager Support - Act as a point of contact for employees, managers, and the People Team, providing timely, accurate, and pragmatic guidance on People policies, processes, and best practices.
• HR Systems & Data - Maintain and optimise HRIS and people data, ensuring accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and data security.
• Payroll & Benefits – Support payroll and benefits processes throughout the employee lifecycle by providing timely and accurate inputs, validating data for completeness and accuracy, and partnering with payroll providers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery.
• Compliance & Reporting - Support compliance activities, including audits and statutory requirements, and contribute to People reporting by maintaining accurate records and supporting workforce data analysis. Use people data and insights to support decision-making, identify trends and contribute to meaningful workforce reporting while applying sound judgement and business context.
• Process Improvement & Projects - Contribute to and support the delivery of People initiatives, programmes, and system implementations, while proactively identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall employee experience. Focus on practical, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value to the business.
• Team Contribution & Mentorship - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous team development.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent.
• 3–5 years HR/People Operations experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of HR processes, employment legislation, and compliance requirements, ideally across multiple countries.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of payroll and benefits processes, ideally across multiple countries.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and employee experience.
