Program Manager

We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive the coordination and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives across the organization. This role plays a key part in enabling group-wide alignment on strategic programs, including post-acquisition integrations, organizational improvement projects, and high-impact operational initiatives. Operating with significant autonomy, the Program Manager partners with multiple teams to ensure programs are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and to defined outcomes. The role requires the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple stakeholders and respect cultural differences, and ensure clear communication across all levels of the organization. The Program Manager applies advanced program and project management expertise to structure work, anticipate risks, and deliver solutions that drive business efficiency and operational integration.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

• Coordinate and manage the execution of group-wide initiatives and multi-team strategic projects, of which post-acquisition studio integrations are a key example.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and decisions to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Legal, People, and Technology teams to support pre- and post-close M&A planning, onboarding, and integration activities. 

• Design, implement, and evolve the integration playbook and operationalize M&A strategy through structured execution.

• Facilitate alignment across business areas through effective communication, progress tracking, and status reporting.

• Identify integration challenges or dependencies early and ensure mitigation actions are factored into planning.

• Promote continuous improvement in program management practices, templates, and communication flows.

• Provide clear reporting and executive-level summaries to communicate progress, risks, and results.

• Contribute to process standardization, collaboration frameworks, and change management initiatives across teams.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent relevant experience. Valued certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile Project Management. 

• Typically 4–6 years of experience in program or project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

• Experience managing integrations, transformation initiatives, or large-scale operational programs.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Experience in mobile, gaming, or digital industries is an advantage.
