Miniclip is looking for Quality Assurance Engineering to join our SDK Engineering team in the Lisbon (Portugal) Studio. The team is responsible for providing business solutions to our game studios, reaching over 250M players every month. Our SDKs allow each game to reach the peak of its potential. From advertising technology to business analytics, we make it happen.

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

  • Research, design, develop, and maintain high-quality code solutions used in multiple games, and by millions of players.

  • Be part of Miniclip’s quality assurance team, define new test approaches and come up with new ideas to improve testing processes and procedures.

  • Act as a liaison between development teams, producers and all internal teams involved in the release of a product

  • Work as part of a dynamic team with high standards, delivering value and quality.

  • Work in a cross functional team, alongside Server, Web and Data Engineers, as well as Data Scientists and business stakeholders.

  • Continuously learn and challenge your own skill set.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in testing mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms.
  • Highly skilled in planning, coordinating, and executing various testing activities, including regression and system tests.

  • Proficiency in writing clear and concise test cases and test documentation.

  • Experience with mobile automation testing tools like Appium, XCUI Test, Espresso, or similar.

  • Good programming skills, with the ability to read and understand code (Python, Kotlin, Swift, or C#).

  • Familiarity with Git Flow and version control tools like Github, Bitbucket, Gitlab, or similar.

  • Collaborate with the development team to improve code quality and increase unit test coverage.

  • Knowledge of Scrum/Kanban development methodologies.

  • Monitor app analytics and user feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with great attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication.
