The Ads Monetization Manager will be responsible for optimizing and managing advertising revenue strategies across various gaming platforms. This includes developing and executing monetization plans, analysing performance data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize revenue potential. The role will require innovative thinking to drive ad revenue growth, leveraging industry knowledge and analytical skills.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
- Manage and implement ad monetization strategies across all ad networks and demand partners;
- Develop and implement comprehensive Ad Operations processes that lead to Ad ARPDAU and eCPM improvements in your games;
- Proactively collaborate with Product, Game Design and the User Acquisition teams to align monetization efforts with the broader studio goals in mind;
- Deeply analyze advertising monetization performance against key metrics to identify areas for improvement;
- Run A/B tests to optimize advertising monetization – make sure your games have a state-of-the-art monetization setup;
- Make suggestions to positively influence the product, create new ad placements, new user segmentation strategies, and optimize ad integrations to impact the LTV of users;
- Own the day-to-day relationship and communication with account managers of ad networks in order to drive performance for your games;
- Ensure your studios’ Ad Tech and Data needs are met. Closely collaborate with Ad Tech and Data teams: Ad SDK integrations, Data collection, APIs, dashboard building and any automation needs;
What are we looking for?
- 5 years of proven experience in ad monetization and revenue management within the gaming industry.
- Proactive and efficient in finding solutions to pressing problems;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of the mobile gaming competitive landscape and the latest ad technologies, best practices and platforms.
