What will you be doing at Miniclip?

As a Finance Systems Data Analyst you will assist with supporting day to day basic configuration changes and working with the team to provide new and updated data models via the Dataverse and Power platform. The role will involve collaborating with the key finance users to understand and document their requirements reports, participating in the solution review. You will support with system upgrades and changes, through testing and supporting the project milestones. 

This role will report to the Finance systems lead.

Job Description

  • Administration and support of Dev Ops tickets raised in relation to Finance and the Finance ERP System.
  • Support with data change requests and updates to configuration for Finance Master data (products, Financial Dimensions, account structures).
  • Facilitate and collaborate to provide new data modelling of the finance data for improved analysis.
  • Assist in maintaining the power BI (out of the Box) reports.
  • Collate, cleanse and verify Finance data on an ongoing housekeeping process.
  • Assist maintaining the finance data dictionary with data governance and controls.
  • Support with integrations.
  • Testing of active data models and integrations for upgrades and system enhancements.
  • Maintain system process documents.

What are we looking for?

  • Experience in data modelling.
  • Experience using Power Platform (Power Apps / Dataverse/ Power BI etc).
  • Experience using D365 F&O and required configuration.
  • Good understanding of Finance processes.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to transform Finance requirements into a technical document.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks seamlessly.
