Office Manager (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)
Date: 4 Nov 2026
Location: London, GB
Company: Miniclip
Miniclip is looking for an Office Manager on a 12 month fixed term contract to create a welcoming, well-run and engaging workplace where our people can do their best work.
Taking ownership of day-to-day office operations, you’ll bring together great service, efficient processes and a strong sense of what makes an office a positive place to be. From managing suppliers and improving our workspace to welcoming visitors and bringing colleagues together, you’ll play a central role in the experience of working at Miniclip.
You’ll build trusted relationships across the business, including with senior leadership, and work closely with our Executive Assistants, People, Finance, IT and Workplace teams. This role calls for someone who combines a hands-on approach with sound judgement, discretion and the confidence to navigate different priorities and stakeholder needs.
What will you be doing?
Office Operations
-
Own the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a welcoming, professional and well-maintained environment.
-
Manage suppliers and service providers, overseeing service quality, maintenance, repairs and workplace improvements.
-
Monitor office budgets, purchasing and expenses, balancing quality of service with value for money.
-
Maintain and improve office procedures, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively.
Employee Experience & Culture
-
Help bring Miniclip’s culture and values to life through an inclusive and engaging office experience.
-
Organise social activities, celebrations and employee engagement initiatives.
-
Work with People and IT colleagues to give new joiners a welcoming and well-organised first day.
-
Support workplace and wellbeing initiatives, acting as a helpful point of contact for office-related questions and feedback.
Leadership & Stakeholder Relationships
-
Build effective relationships across all levels of the business, responding to requests with professionalism, tact and good judgement.
-
Partner with Executive Assistants on the office logistics and hospitality for leadership meetings, workshops, offsites and executive visits.
-
Balance competing priorities, recognising when to act independently and when to involve the appropriate stakeholder.
-
Handle sensitive information and situations with discretion and care.
Events & Hospitality
-
Plan and deliver office events, team gatherings and company celebrations, coordinating suppliers, catering, logistics and budgets.
-
Create a positive experience for visitors, international colleagues and senior guests.
-
Ensure meeting spaces, hospitality and event arrangements are well prepared and reflect Miniclip’s standards.
What are we looking for?
-
Experience managing a busy office, workplace, hospitality operation or another service-focused environment, with responsibility for coordinating people, suppliers and day-to-day operations.
-
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage several priorities while following through on commitments.
-
Sound judgement and discretion, with experience handling confidential information or sensitive situations.
-
Clear, confident communication and the ability to build credibility with colleagues, senior leaders, visitors and external partners.
-
An understanding of stakeholder dynamics, with the confidence to manage expectations, set boundaries and respond tactfully when priorities compete.
-
A proactive, practical approach: you notice what needs attention, take ownership and find solutions.
-
Experience coordinating events, managing suppliers and monitoring budgets or expenses.
-
Confidence using everyday workplace tools and learning new systems.
We welcome applicants from a range of industries, including hospitality, hotels, events and customer service operations. You do not need to have held an Office Manager title: we value transferable experience in delivering excellent service, running smooth operations and managing stakeholder relationships.
