Job Description
Miniclip is looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time position reporting to the CMO.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
This is a varied and exciting role, working with a leading mobile games and entertainment company. You will work closely with a team of performance marketing experts and have the following responsibilities:
- Analyse and report performance of all UA activities to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
- Develop and deliver user acquisition strategy plans and define KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
- Advise product teams, ensure the proper UA setup, and coordinate the launch of UA for new games.
- Contribute to define the UA roadmap and set priorities for test campaigns and creative concepts.
- Define and coordinate launch strategies per game.
- Take ownership for a multi-million budget.
- Work with the Creative team to explore new design concepts to improve UA’s performance.
What are we looking for?
- 4+ years of experience in paid digital marketing and media buying for mobile games.
- Strong in-depth knowledge om performance marketing strategies and UA best practices for mobile games.
- 1+ years of team management and leadership experience.
- Exceptional analytical and data-driven thinker combined with a creative mind.
- Extensive expertise of various key mobile marketing channels.
- A desire for both strategic planning and daily execution/optimisation.
- Detailed understanding and in-practice experience with tracking tools for mobile apps.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Comprehensive knowledge about the mobile games industry and performance metrics.
