Miniclip is looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead to join our Marketing team. This is a full-time position reporting to the Head of User Acquisition, which can be based either in our Lisbon or London studios.

 

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

 

This is a varied and exciting role, working with a leading mobile games and entertainment company. You will work closely with a team of performance marketing experts and have the following responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UA specialists to achieve their best work.
  • Analyse and report the performance of all UA activities to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Develop and deliver user acquisition strategy plans and define KPIs in alignment with business objectives.
  • Advise product teams, ensure the proper UA setup, and coordinate the launch of UA for new games.
  • Contribute to defining the UA roadmap and set priorities for test campaigns and creative concepts.
  • Define and coordinate launch strategies per game.
  • Take ownership of a multi-million budget.
  • Work with the Creative team to explore new design concepts to improve UA’s performance.
  • Work very closely with the marketing BI teams to improve performance marketing investment efficiency.

 

What are we looking for?

 

  • 4+ years of experience in paid digital marketing and media buying for mobile games.
  • Strong in-depth knowledge of performance marketing strategies and UA best practices for mobile games.
  • Proven team management and leadership experience.
  • Exceptional analytical and data-driven thinker combined with a creative mind.
  • Extensive expertise of various key mobile marketing channels.
  • A desire for both strategic planning and daily execution/optimisation.
  • Detailed understanding and in-practice experience with tracking tools for mobile apps.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the mobile games industry and performance metrics.
  • Strong gaming UA advertising creative skills are required.
