Miniclip Netherlands is looking for a junior Game Interface Artist to join our team in our Studio in Zoetermeer.
What will you be doing at Miniclip?
We are looking for team members who are able to find solutions independently, have guts and dare to think outside the box. You will be a member of a multidisciplinary team, which means working together a lot and having an eye for the people around you. With creative solutions you will contribute to the best gaming experience for our users.
Miniclip Netherlands serves a daily audience of millions worldwide with the successful games Online Soccer Manager (OSM), Mini Football,Mini Basketball & Football Head Coach. We are continuously developing new (sports) games.
We are looking for a junior Game interface artist who is attracted to the rapidly changing world of mobile games and tech. You will be involved in the process around the visual side of our game "Football Head Coach", from concept to end result. Your responsibility will be in the area of creating the UI of our games, but you will definitely also get the space to bring your own ideas to the projects.
What are we looking for?
- A pragmatic working attitude and able to link your creative mind to realistic/technical frameworks.
- A completed college/university degree in graphic design, art or games.
- A high degree of innovative thinking and you are creative and self-starting;
- Excellent communication skills and are able to justify art choices well.
- Ability to maintain an overview under pressure and achieve goals with the team.
- Affinity with games and preferably also with sports.
- Good Adobe Photoshop skills
- Experience with Unity3D
- Experience using 3D software such as Blender. (Is an advantage)
- Experience with AI tools like Midjourney (Is a plus)
- Last but not least:
- You have a good sense of humor and desire to work with fun people!
