Are you looking for a nice internship as Android Developer? Are you comfortable with Java and Kotlin? Do you already have hands-on work experience or are you looking for a place to develop yourself further? Then read on!

We are looking for interns who are able to find solutions independently, are daring, result-oriented and stress-resistant. With creative solutions you contribute to the quality for our millions of users worldwide.

Since the beginning of Android in 2008, it was only possible to create screens based on Views. In 2021, Google released Jetpack Compose, a new technique to create screens with. Besides writing screens entirely with Compose, several hybrid solutions are possible between Views and Compose. OSM is a large app with between 150 and 200 screens created entirely with Views. During your graduation, you will research the need and possibilities to partially or fully switch to Compose and write a recommendation report, taking into account the size and complexity of the project. For this advice you will build a proof of concept to test the feasibility.

What are we looking for?

• You have a HBO in Computer Science;
• Your graduate internship will last approximately 20 weeks, on a full-time basis;
• You love mobile games;
• You are a real team player;
• You have an excellent command of JAVA and/or Kotlin;
• You have an excellent command of Dutch and English.
