Senior Product Manager

Job Description

As Senior Product Manager you will have accurate attention to detail and be results orientated. Work closely with the Head of Product to define the vision, targets and priorities for the games you manage, based on the business requirements, analytics and market research.

Acting as a Product Manager you will be responsible for the success of the game(s) you manage, making sure that overall user experience and game design is flawless while owning its business results. 

What will you be doing at Miniclip?

• Manage end-to-end life cycles for mobile games with deep and complex economies and meta.
• Drive the definition of new feature designs based on the game current and future needs, working closely with the game designers
• Own the business goals for your products, taking decisions to meet market needs and project goals
• Monitor game and market status, constantly questioning assumptions and make adjustments to systems and campaigns
• Review and iterate game design implementation, incorporating feedback from key stakeholders and suggest changes to balance and improve the game content based on analytics data
• Work closely with the development team to ensure the best implementation of the Product Vision and Features with user experience in mind
• Manage game releases and LiveOps delivery, meeting project expectations and key milestones
• Inspect teams processes ensuring high efficiency game development

What are we looking for?

• 5+ years of experience in mobile game product management, preferably on sports titles
• Ability to create product specifications and reports on data analysis
• Excellent understanding of game analytics, experience with statistics and business analysis
• Exceptional understanding of the mobile market
• Strong product ownership skills in an Agile environment
• Ability and experience leading a development team, providing guidance and direction, setting measurable goals and valuable input
• Outstanding ability to present detailed analysis and work to executive and game teams
• Deep knowledge of the mobile market top benchmarks and new opportunities
• Based or possibility of relocation to the Netherlands as it’s not a remote position
